At Lynoryx, we understand that circumstances may change after placing an order.

This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions regarding order cancellations and pre-order reservations.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • full name
  • reason for cancellation

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may be cancelled before shipment confirmation has been issued.

Once a pre-order has entered fulfillment or shipping preparation, cancellation may no longer be possible.


Shipped Orders

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Customers may instead refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for return eligibility.


Refund Processing

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for payment providers and banks to process the refund.


Fraud Prevention

Lynoryx reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests in cases involving suspected fraud, abuse or unauthorized transactions.
